LV Switchboard Upgrade Chad
GSYS provided professional engineering services including:
LV Switchgear Modifications
Provision of a new extension to the left side of the incomer panels for the following feeders including connections to busbars, provision of output terminals on the cable chamber and steelworks as required;
- 2 no. New 37 kW motor starter modules with earth protection relay
- 1 no. New 30 kW motor starter module with earth protection relay
- 1 no. New 3 kW motor starter modules with earth protection relay
- 2 no. Unequipped “Spaces” with size equivalent to 32A, 3 Pole MCCB feeder with earth protection relay
- Supply of cross wiring modification to connect the feeder module to switchboard marshalling panel for signal interface with Instrument PLC/ ICSS system
- Supply of cross wiring modification to connect feeder module to existing 110V control transformer and 24V DC secure supply, as required
EC&I Engineering Design
- Update affected drawings and documents of the existing system/new drawings as required including, but not limited to; GA drawing, SLD and Switchboard schematic drawing and Bill of Materials.
- Inspection and Testing/FAT
- Commissioning, Start-Up spares and Installation Support.
- Project management, Design drawings and documentation.
- Performance Guarantee and Warranty for all modifications.
